1. Who We Are

DailyReps is a habit tracking application operated by NovaPoint AI, LLC. When this policy refers to "we," "us," or "our," it means NovaPoint AI, LLC. When it refers to "you," it means you as a user of DailyReps.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the minimum information needed to provide the service:

• Account information — your email address and display name, provided when you sign up.
• Google profile information — if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google OAuth. We do not receive your Google password.
• Usage data — the goals you create, your daily completions, and other in-app activity you generate while using DailyReps.
• Technical data — basic request logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected automatically by our hosting infrastructure for security and performance purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Provide, operate, and improve the DailyReps service.
• Send you transactional emails (account confirmations, password resets).
• Send you product updates and communications (you may opt out at any time).
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party providers to run DailyReps. Each provider has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data.

• Supabase — provides our database and authentication infrastructure. Your account data and usage data are stored on Supabase servers.
• Vercel — provides hosting and infrastructure for the DailyReps web application.
• Loops — provides email communication services. Your email address is shared with Loops to send transactional and product emails.

5. Cookies

DailyReps uses only essential cookies. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

The only cookies we set are auth session cookies managed by Supabase, which are required to keep you signed in. These cookies are not used for analytics or advertising.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or request deletion of your data, we will delete your personal information and usage data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct — update or correct inaccurate information in your account.
• Delete — request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Opt out — unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

8. Children's Privacy

DailyReps is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS) and delegating authentication infrastructure to Supabase, which handles credential storage and session management securely. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice in the app before the change takes effect. The "Effective date" at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent version.
